Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live and product availability, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order of the Pheasant Terms & Conditions

Personal Information

A new member in the Order of the Pheasant must provide his or her name, mailing address, an active email address, and a current telephone number. Territorial Brewing Company will NOT share this information with any other business or person. This information will be used by Territorial Brewing Company solely for the purpose of administering the Order of the Pheasant program.

Eligibilty

Order of the Pheasant members must be 21 years of age or older. The Order of the Pheasant is intended for individual use only. Individuals may not have more than one membership. Family members may not share a membership. Business entities may not become members. If applicable laws prohibit us from offering the program to you, then you may not participate in the program. If applicable law prohibits us from offering you a feature of the program, then we may either not offer you that feature of the program or revoke your membership in the program.

Territorial Brewing Company reserves the right to disqualify any member, at any time and for any reason deemed appropriate by Territorial Brewing Company. By participating in the Order of the Pheasant, member agrees to be bound by these provisions and the decisions of Territorial Brewing Company and to release Territorial Brewing Company, its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, franchisees, partners and agents, and each of their respective officers, employees, directors, shareholders, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss or other damages or member’s participation in the Order of the Pheasant, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any materials supplied in connection with the Order of the Pheasant, including, without limitation, any beverage mug or other container.

Cancellation or Termination of Benefits

Order of the Pheasant members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us at info@territorialbrewing.com. Territorial Brewing Company may cancel this program in its entirety; end or modify any specific reward or benefit; modify requirements for earning benefits, modify the time period in which you have to earn a particular benefit; and/or modify any other feature of the program at any time and without prior notice.

Legal Liability Limits

You agree that Territorial Brewing Company and its parent company, subsidiaries, their directors, officers, employees, agents, franchisees and their parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable to you for: (1) any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, accident, cost or expense, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the Order of the Pheasant program, these Terms & Conditions, and the Web site; (2) any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, arising out of or related to the Order of the Pheasant program, (3) use of the information you provide to us to enroll in the Order of the Pheasant program.
