More Equipment on the Way
It sure is getting exciting. We’ve definitely got some skin in the game now. We’ve ordered a boil kettle from Bennett Forgeworks in Ridgway, CO and 8 serving tanks from GW Kent in Ypsilanti, MI. We had been talking with GW Kent and were expecting the tanks to come in mid April. But then we ordered them and “SURPRISE!” they’re coming in two weeks. So now it’s a mad dash to get a bigger door cut into the building so we can get them in. We also don’t have the new walk-in cooler yet, so they’re really going to take up lots of space. These are good problems. Stuff coming earlier than expected is much better than a delay.
