Polish Thanksgiving

Behold the latest in our Cooking Demonstration Dinners series. It’s November, and Chef Richard is Polish, so tutaj – it’s Polish Thanksgiving! He will be preparing Polish favorites right in front of you, and you’ll be thankful when you taste them.

Tickets are $30 apiece and include lots of Polish food and one short beer. Additional beers available for purchase. Buy your tickets right here through Eventbrite or stop into Territorial Brewing Company during normal business hours.

The menu!

• Pierogies, filled with shitake mushrooms and leeks in a mild sauce
• Pączki, liqueur filling and sweetened beer topping
• Bigos (venison hunter’s stew) and Zasmażana (stewed red cabbage)
• Kotlet schabowy (breaded pork cutlet) with Kopytka (potato dumplings)
• Gołąbki (cabbage roll)
• Babka (sweet yeast cake with crème fraîche)
