Grilling Out With Chef Richard
Join us in the parking lot for an evening of grilling and beer! Chef Richard will be your grillmaster and here’s some of what he’ll be applying flame to:
- Appetizer: Fruit tacos with cantaloupe, papaya and pineapple with a white cream honey sauce
- Pork loin with apples, basil and feta cheese
- Smoked Gouda potatoes
- Corn on the cob with cayenne butter
- Grilled pitas with brie cheese
- Dessert: Strawberries dipped in white and dark chocolate
Please buy your tickets in advance! Tickets are $35 and include lots of delicious grilled food, soft drinks, and one beer. Additional beers available for purchase.
