Chef’s Dinners are back! On Monday, August 6, join Chef Richard for a multi-course all-vegetarian feast. The chef will prepare all the food right before your eyes – all you have to do is enjoy some beer and savor each course as it comes out.
Please reserve your spot in advance! Tickets are $30 each, and include one short beer, soft drinks, and several courses. Arrive hungry – there will be a lot of food.

The menu includes:
- Appetizer – Falafel with roasted red pepper aoli
- Salad – Marinated tomato wedges with feta and parsley
- Vegetable – Broccoli and cauliflower crescents
- Starch – Green bean risotto
- Main – Kale stuffed with polenta, currants, and fresh thyme served with tomoto purée
- Main – Kabobs with marinated tofu, zucchini, and yellow squash
- Dessert – Almond crusts with frozen cream, amaretto, and cherry juice
