Chef’s Dinner: Improve Your Knife Skills

It’s our March Chef’s Dinner and it’s hands-on! Bring a knife from home and Chef Richard will guide you through sharpening it, caring for it, and how to use it. You’ll be chopping and slicing lots of different tasty things, and the chef will combine them into sauces, stews, and other treats for you to enjoy.

What you need to bring: One standard chef’s knife from home (like the ones in the picture). No small paring knives, boning knives, cleavers, etc. Just a standard chef’s knife. We will provide cutting boards and all other materials.

YOU MUST BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE. This is so that the Chef can anticipate how much food to purchase and have on hand. Tickets are $30 each, which includes one short beer and lots of good food. You’ll learn a lot and you won’t leave hungry!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This event is not recommended for children under 13 years old. You must be 21 with a valid photo ID to purchase beer.
