Chef Richard’s Pasta Extravaganza
Drink beer and eat pasta! Chef Richard will show you how to make tomato-basil fettuccine, spinach fettuccini, old-fashioned egg noodles, and angel hair pasta from scratch. And he’ll be preparing a six-course meal for your enjoyment:
Starter – Spinach fettuccine with pancetta, roma tomatoes, and feta cheese. Served with mini garlic toast.
Soup – Richard’s mom’s old-fashioned chicken noodle soup with egg noodles. Served with bread sticks.
Main 1 – Tomato-basil fettuccine with mussels, onions, garlic pepper sausage and fresh corn in a white wine sauce.
Main 2 – Penne with portabellas, crushed tomatoes, fresh rosemary and fresh pea pods in a champagne vinegar garlic sauce.
Main 3 – Traditional shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta, white wine, parsley, garlic and lemon.
Dessert – Tiramisu! Featuring a syrup made with our Unicorn Schwarz beer.
Tickets are $30.00 per person and include one short beer. Additional beers available for purchase.
