Chocolate Dinner

Are looking for a sweet date night idea or maybe even learn a thing or two so you can whip up a delicious meal for that special someone? We have just the thing! On February, February 11th, Chef Richard will be hosting a dinner to teach you how to cook a five-course meal with chocolate by preparing it right in front of you.

Please reserve your spot in advance! Tickets are $30 each, and include one short beer, soft drinks, and several courses. Arrive hungry – there will be a lot of food.

Menu:

Appetizer – Coconut chocolate shrimp cocktail

Soup – Mango cocoa soup

Salad – Shredded lettuce with almond bark, strawberries, and topped with a chocolate dressing

Entree – Cubed beef with roasted red peppers and a cocoa demi glaze, accompanied by sweet potatoes with Swiss Miss and swiss chard sauteed with carrots and chocolate

Dessert – White chocolate brownie with a amaretto ganache
