Join us for the next installment in Chef Richard’s demonstration dinners – Cooking with Beer! Chef will prepare a multi-course meal right in front of you, and you get to feast on the results. Each course will be prepared with a different Territorial beer.

Tickets are $30 and include one short beer and lots of food. You won’t leave hungry! Additional beers available for purchase.

Buy your tickets here on Eventbrite or stop in to Territorial Brewing Company during regular business hours. Tickets must be purchased in advance. No walk-up ticket sales will be allowed.

The menu:

  • Starter: Doug Machine Munster cheese spread with pita chips
    Salad: Confetti-filled Belgian endive paired with Big Yellow Truck
    Soup: Kenny Lagers roasted red pepper shrimp bisque
    Main 1: Unicorn Schwarz kielbasa with homemade mustard
    Main 2: Battle Creek Lager pork tenderloin with cherry chutney
    Starch: Roasted potatoes with a One For Fall syrup
    Vegetable: Butternut squash with Fall For One
    Cleanse your palate: Mint-Beer ice slushy with Gose Like Swayze
    Dessert: Crème caramel with Drop It Like It’s Apricot
